Kalabsha Temple: Ride to the port of Kalabsha Temple, which was originally located about 50 kilometers south of Aswan, at the Gate of Kalabsha. However, it was moved in 1970 to its current location at New Kalabsha where it’s in close proximity to the Kiosk of Qertassi and Beit Al-Wali. This was built as a tribute to the Nubian sun god, Mandulis, during the rule of Augustus around 30 BC.
The nubian museum:You will get an achronological insight about the Nubian traditions, customs, history, and architecture from an Aga Khan award-winning museum for architecture in 2001!
Then, ride a boat across to Elephantine Island, following the footprints of the splendid Egyptian history.
Lunch will be served in a local nubian house where you can ask the locals about their traditions.
