Wadi El Natrun: You will be driven in an air-conditioned vehicle through the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road for 1.5 hour to the ancient monastery of Saint Bishoy. It is where your Egyptologist will introduce you to a  living monk who will provide you with the teachings and wisdom of  the Copts and their creed!

Between the 4th and 7th centuries, Wadi El Natrun was the meeting place of hundreds of thousands of people from around the world joining the hundreds of Christians in undeniable unity. It is now grown into several historical monasteries active with monks and hermits.

The Cave Church Saint Samaan: Back in Cairo, visit the Cave Church of Saint Samaan, the tanner,  This miraculous Cathedral that’s carved in the bedrock of the hills of Moqqatam is a sight for sore eyes!
